You can design a block, export the HTML, and copy the code and CSS to your existing site—something like that.

Unfortunately, we don't, as your case is quite rare. Have you tried to do that?

  1. Create a blank site.
  2. Delete about and contacts pages
  3. on the home page hide the header and the footer pressing the del
  4. add one block
  5. design it
  6. export HTML
  7. open the exported HTML in the Dreamweaver
  8. copy and paste to your Dreamweaver site
