ftp remote not copied & block description

1/ copying a site does not copy the remote ftp path

2/ linking to blocks is clumsy as they do not have names

3/ PLEASE allow more fine linking, some blocks are very large, so it would be good to have ANCHOR POINTS to add which one can link to within a block. Thanks!
