Hello,
I purchased Nicepage ultimate version in Desktop version on May 24, 2023. I did not renew the license in 2024. If I understand correctly, the desktop version is a perpetual version but every time I start Nicepage it asks me to send an email to activate it? The problem is that I do not receive any emails from you, I cannot import any images from your site, on the other hand you confirm that I have the Ultimate version. Thank you
