Please let me know step-by-step what you are doing? We do not provide any FTP information as our hosting works only by the direct upload of the site within the application using the Publish function.
If you have uploaded the site to some other hosting (not nicepage.io) then you need to obtain FTP details from your host.
Once again, explaining in details with a screenshot what you are trying to achieve would help us solve the issue.
