Design doesn't reflect properly when previewed:images, buttons, shapes and colours missing

Hi Team,

We purchased a template of yours about 3 weeks ago. In the design panel all the coloured shapes, font colours and buttons are visible. But when you preview the page all are missing.We have been going back and forth the first two weeks still nothing is solved. Now our messages are not even been replied. We purchased this to make an urgent website but now we are stuck. plz help to resolve the problem soon as this is urgent. Plz check the first thread posted by me as it has all the links and relevant images.

Hi Alan,

Thank you for your response. We made the website through our desktop application and imported it to our Wordpress. Some of the shapes, colours, buttons are missing when we open in the Wordpress design panel. Even if we try to re-add the shapes in the Wordpress version, its not visible in the preview. For now I will show you only the Home page with attached images.
