Where I can find my theme header to edit html between head and body
Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hi Leon,

You can check the exported theme files if you wish to edit the code manually. Please note that we do not support such custom modifications. Also if you need to add some code within the Head area of the page, then you can enter it under the Site Settings >> HTML >> Additional Head HTML.
