Why is text light blue? On preview image is color define correct red/white.

As for the first message, do you need to select text as white or what exactly? If you cannot add a white color please export your block with button this button to check.
The Button element has the option Copy style, the Read more button from the blog posts doesn't need this option, its style is applied automatically for all posts in the blog posts element.
