Header and Footer Missing from Template

Hi,
I am uploading a WordPress site. I updated to Nicepage 2.02 and exported both theme and content to a zip file. Upload zip file to site through upload theme. Updated nicepage plugin, active new theme and added new content. But when I try to change the option to have Nicepage Header and Footer, it says below "Nicepage Template does not have sidebars, header, footer, uses full width".

I need help, my client is expecting this tomorrow.

What is going wrong?

Hi Again,
I re-stalled nicepage 1.23.3 (Win Desktop) and exported it again as a wordpress zip. And the header and footer appear. So it appears to be a bug in the desktop version 2.

Hi Jeramie,

Could you please provide a bit more details about the issue. I have tested the latest version on my WP site, I choose all the template options for the page and header and footer are shown when needed. Maybe some screenshots will explain better.

Same issue 4 years later. Desktop version > Wordpress. Footer imported. Header missing entirely.

"please provide screenshots showing missing elements" is not support. Competent support should be capable of understanding "hey, this standard element is missing" without a screenshot that provides no actual information regarding the issue.

Each issue is unique and providing visual confirmation of the problem sometimes helps more than the detailed explanation as we may see some triggers on the screenshot that may point to the origin of the issue.
