I had a background that I didn't really like on randallreese.net. I changed it to a color (shown in the screenshot). I've saved the project, published to html files and uploaded to my server. The background remains the same. Not sure why. Shows the brown background instead of the color blue.

I deleted history, closed and opened browser, and overwrote the files in ftp a couple of times. It shows the right background color in preview in Nicepage.

You can check your site with another browser or with browser incognito mode. We can see the same background as per your screenshot, see attached.
