Nicepage freezes during startup

Hello,
I would like to report a bug. Nicepage Desktop freezes just after it's started. Please see attached. I cannot even log in. I have made a clean install including manual registry cleaning from any NicePage instances. My version is 6.16.5. Windows is: 11 23H2.
Could you please help me?

Sometimes, clicking on the Nicepage logo at the top left helps.
