Hi everyone,
I had to set up my laptop again. After reinstalling Nicepage and logging in with my account, all my projects were gone. I had previously downloaded the HTML version of my projects from Nicepage. Can I upload them again?

Hi Jessi,
All Desktop projects are saved locally in the documents/Nicepage folder. Therefore it is recommended to either backup this folder or export websites as Projects to keep a backup. Only the Project format can be opened in the Nicepage application. Exported HTML website has a different structure and does not have all required project files.
Have you exported this website as a project previously? Do you have access to the old Projects folder?

Unfortunately, I had some bigger problems as I had to set up my laptop again. My backup didn’t work before, so I don’t have anything on the laptop right now. But it is what it is—sadly, we can’t change it.

Unfortunately, since you didn't have a working backup, it's impossible to recover the projects directly.
Consider using a cloud storage service or external hard drive for regular backups.
