Hi,
on my website: https://szkolenianabakowska.pl/Tczew---8-listopada-2024 I have a contact form.

It seems to work fine in general, but when I share a link to this website via Instagram, my customers cannot send the form (they see red error screen). How can that be fixed?

Hi Wojciech,

I see the issue with the Instagram mobile app browser. Usually built-in browsers in the applications do have issues working with the scripts on the sites and I have seen other reports about Instagram browser having issues with the reCaptcha functionality. I suggest you to recommend your customers open the links in normal browsers like Safari or Chrome that do not have issues. When the site is opened in the Instagram browser you can then see the option to forward it to the default phone browser where the issue does not happen.
