Hi,
If you want your website to appear in search engines, it should be crawled and indexed by search engines. Usually, it happens automatically after publishing a site, but you can add your site to search engine consoles to check possible issues. Please check the following pages:
https://search.google.com/search-console/about
https://yandex.ru/support/webmaster/robot-workings/robot.html
Nicepage cannot directly affect the appearance of websites in search engines, but we have some tools that can improve SEO. You can find them under site and page settings, in the SEO tab.
The Image Element allows adding the SEO Alt tag. Please see the attached screenshot:
Please note that it is impossible to add the SEO Alt tag to background images.
