I understand what you mean. You can use the Repeated Carousel Element which can have a definite number of columns and groups that you can set. To add this element, select Grid Repeater and pick the highlighted layout.

Could you please clarify what exact actions make the Online builder slower? Do you have many opened browser tabs? Do you use any browser extensions? Any additional information will be appreciated.

Please test the Online builder on another browser (or with the browser's incognito window) and let us know about the result.
