Hello,
I purchased an Ultimate license that expired in 2019. I have downloaded an older version as suggested by the software when I opened it but now when I open the software I get a white screen and that is it. I can't even close the screen. Is this software never4 going to work again? I paid $174.50 for this and expect it to work without upgrading and spending more and more money when I want to use it. I have not used it since 2019 but I would like to now. Please advise.

First, copy your Documents\Nicepage folder to a safe place.

Is your version one of these?
Does the screen say loading? If so, clicking on the Nicepage logo at the top left sometimes helps.
