What happed with Themler website?

Hi, Themler's website is down, so I can't send a message to support from there. So I'm writing here.

What happened? Do you have some kind of failure? The editor doesn't work, neither offline nor online. Please reply when it will work? I have paid the most expensive subscription until March.

I have the same problems! This is super annoying. Especially since all is on the SAME server. I need to be able to login on themler.oi to update my website!

I have been trying to get access for close to a week now. I have sent emails, requested password resets, and nothing arrives. No replies from the info@ or support@ email. I truly need access to the site. Can anyone advise them to fix and reply to the emails?
