Contact form not sending emails

I have a separate page which acts a permission form, this sends form data to a Google sheet. That is also not working for some reason. againa, it was before.

Please provide a link to the pages with the form that does not work. Is there any error message after you press the Submit button?

This one should send and email: https://9wbscout.group/Contact.html
This should submit to a google form: https://9wbscout.group/permission

There is no error message, it actually says "Thank you! Your message has been sent."

I had a similar problem. It appears there was an update to the form elements.
I deleted the form and re-added it to my page. Now it is working properly.
