I like to use a blog post carousel on a Nicepage page. I can set up what I want easily and the result looks pleasing.
But a problem arises when I need to edit an older blog post. This post might not be the latest one but on the Nicepage page, that post becomes the first one on the carousel. This is not a problem on a site with few posts but when a stream of posts in involved it becomes irksome to open and close them all in the order one wants them in the Nicepage carousel. Editing the post in Joomla makes no differed to its Joomla place when rendering using the blog template.
It would be good if Nicepage could add an 'ordered by' field to the blog sidebar in the Desktop App and Joomla Extension.
I hope I am not asking the impossible. .
best wishes
