Simple. Grab an ftp client (like CuteFTP, hell even windows can do it)

Address: usually something like ftp.<domainname>.com
user: your username you were given
pass: your password given
port: the proper ftp port (usually 21)

This is not something nicepage can give you or is responsible for. That information exclusively comes from your hosting party. Then (depending on the type of site you designed, static or CMS based like joomla) you upload the design the right way. For example my designs often use joomla (Content management system). So in order for the site too look like it is designed, i first need to install joomla itself, then upload the nicepage designed template into joomla and set it as default template.

u don't. Nicepage is only designer software. You still need to purchase actual webspace and a domain from a provider.
