I am contacting you because my Nicepage premium account has been updated to a higher version than the one I initially had. I want to know if it is possible to open a website in an old version (5.11.4)

You will need to revert back to the version you want and try.

If you already updated the site with the new version, you might not be able to.
It's best to keep backup Project files in a safe place.
