Updating to version 6.14.4 resulting in the program installing and hung up at "Loading..."

We have uninstalled the program and attempted to re-install an older version, 6.12.10 ... same result, program is hung up "Loading..."

Please advise as to a proper solution to install 6.14.4 on a Windows 11 PC with 32/64 bit options.
