Hello Adam,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand the urgency of getting your site online.

The error message “Invalid site key or not loaded in api.js” usually indicates an issue with the reCAPTCHA configuration on your site. Here are a few steps to resolve this:

  1. Check the Site Key and Secret Key
Ensure that the site key and secret key you’ve entered in your site’s settings are correct and match the ones provided by Google reCAPTCHA.

  2. Verify API.js Integration
Make sure that the API.js script is correctly integrated into your site. You can check this by inspecting your site's source code to confirm that the script tag for reCAPTCHA is included.

  3. Review Domain Settings
Verify that your domain is correctly set up in the reCAPTCHA admin console. Ensure that it matches exactly what you have in your site settings.

  4. Clear Cache
Sometimes, clearing your browser’s cache or trying a different browser can resolve loading issues.

  5. Update Your Site
Ensure that your Nicepage installation is up-to-date, as updates may include fixes for issues related to third-party integrations.

If you’ve checked the above and are still encountering issues, please provide more details or screenshots of your settings, and we’ll investigate further.

We’re here to help you.

Sincerely,
Ahmad.
