Again, when I try to add elements I get an error message that the images from your design blocks are not loading, also some elements appear as broken gifs

Safwan,

We are having temporary issues with our service provider.

To check, change the link from HTTPS to HTTP, for example
http://assets.nicepagecdn.com/acc51c5d/6027109/images/Image114.jpg

And send us the screenshot.

There must be some other error, such that the request will go to an unknown destination, for example, to a third-party IP

This has been going on for the past 3 days now, it's holding up work and deadlines and I am using the standalone software not the online builder ...

Any idea when the issue will be fixed?

Why are you putting the conversation on Private?

Are you embarrassed about your pathetic service that's been down for the past 3 days and you can't even resolve it or give a timeline as to when it will get fixed while people wait and customers wait over their promised timelines?

I think you should not keep it private let other users see, this way they will give you the rating you deserve when you ask them to leave reviews ...
