I can't figure out through your documentation how to add reCAPTCHA to a contact form. I have added my Analytics ID and my reCAPTCHA keys in the Google tab of the site settings. No reCAPTCHA.

Is there a way to add it manually if I can't get it to appear using NP?

Using the NP plugin in WordPress.

Hello Michael,

To add Recaptcha you need to follow the instructions here and you must see the ReCaptcha sign in the bottom left corner.
If that doesn't help - please provide temporary admin access to your CMS and link to your launched website.

There is only reCaptcha v3 supported, to be honest I can not understand why reCaptcha v2 is missing even there have been lots of interested parties in it. Would be nice getting clarification.

Thanks for the support, it's working now. I was expecting some kind of challenge, but I can see that the reCAPTCHA sign is at the bottom right corner. And I haven't gotten any spurious submissions since.

Nicepage does not support ReCaptcha v.2 at the moment because v.3 is the most recent version.
Please note that we have requests from some users for v.2 and this proposition is on our wishlist, we added your voice.

Hi Negat, thanks for your reply.
I know that v2 wish is on the wishlist since many many time, I think more than a year.
Do you see a realistic chance for implementation?
Seeing my tests it is already better for spam avoiding than v3.

Hello Michael,

Yes, that's possible that this feature will be added, unfortunately, we can't tell the exact time and we need more votes for that.
For now, we can suggest in the captcha field settings on the form there’s a threshold setting which is, by default, set to 0.5; you can try changing that, and setting it to a higher value should help filter out more bots too.
