②We would like a feature to create a visual sitemap. Visitors to the site would probably want to see an overview of all the available pages.
③We want a comment feature.

Hi, I try to help you.
For hosting like wordpress you have to edit on your hosting or trought plugin.
For faster visual map you can use many wordpress widget that are native on wordpress, if you want something more cool you have to do it yourself.
Comment are already possibile in blog, if you want a forum you have to install a plugin for what (for wordpress)
