It looks like the issue is related to the recaptcha. Please specify which recaptcha version you are using.
If to remove the recaptcha from the project, files were uploaded and sent without any issues.
Ensure that you are using the correct version and keys.

Unfortunately, it is impossible if the Niceage mailing option is used. You can consider other options like URL or Sript, if you need to customize it.
