whitelabel forms

Ask a Question

is there a way we can get the forms to be truly white label?

at the moment, the form email that's generated can't be customised, and there's a link to nicepage with a login link.

this makes using this feature not good for whitelabel purposes.

Hello Marcus,

Thank you for your comments, we have forwarded it to our developers team.
As for now, the Email option remains as it is without any option to customize the default email address used to send form submissions, and is not dependent on the license.
The link is closed and can be opened only by the site administrator, you as the site creator.

Is there any update on this? I agree that a white label option for the form should be higher up the priority list.

Hello,

The email option is for a registered user with a license. The email is connected to the leads of the administrator's account.

Only the main account user can edit contact forms and save changes like email addresses. If you have a user under a client license who edits the form and saves it with other major settings this form will give an error on the live page.

If you sell the theme, it shouldn't be hosted under your account, your client should use his/her own license to verify email.

This process is not full whitelabel. There is nicepage on different places branded. I want to full whitelable, even the form-process! Please provide this option.

Hello,

Does your client use our desktop or online builder to add a form to the project file of the site created by you for email verification or is this a manual code modification for a HTML exported files of the site made with your white label?
If a user creates his account with nicepage.com to add a contact form to a ready project file he/she must buy his / her license to host a contact form or use a free starter plan. The user will receive the leads connected to this new account, not yours.
If this is a client license to edit plugin pages in Wordpress/Joomla your client can't save the form with a new email, only edit content.
The other case you log in into the client's cms under his license and configure the form.
If you do not want your clients to see the link to the leads and Nicepage page you will need to save the form under the client account, not provided by you, or use another submit option. For example, PHP script. This method allows you to change the email address of a sender.

Anna.
