Ask a Question

I have changed computers without having the opportunity of saving the project. Due to hard disk failure. I have an old backup, but with so many hours of missing work it makes no sense. The newer backups were saved locally.

Is there a way to recover from a website folder?

From what I can find in the forum, it looks like a no?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in Nicepage!

You can recover a Project from a live website only when it is published on Nicepage Hosting. If you used external hosting, you cannot recover a Project, unfortunately. It is impossible to import HTML sites to Nicepage.

We always recommend regularly exporting Projects and saving them so it will be possible to recover them quickly. We hope you will restore your Project.

Let us know if you need our further help!
