Header / Footer Not Hidden in HTML Folder Export

I do not get such an issue on my end. Does it happen with any project or with a specific one? Please provide your project and the exported .zip with the HTML export.

it is working now. I have not been able to replicate the issue. if it happens again I'll pay more attention to what leads to it and send in the files.
