I HAVE POSTED A QUESTION TOO AND I HAVE NOT RECIVED A RESPONSE FOR THAT.
THIS WAS A CONFUSION BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO ASK A QUESTION IN A SUPPORT REQUEST AND THE BUTTON SAYS AT BOTTOM "CREATE DISCUSSION", THAT WAS ALL.
The other help I need is that I lust my mobile menu as it is moved off the screen some where and wont show up when clicking on the hamburger, and to close hanburger menu the X icon is fixed to the left and wont move on the right, can you help please?

Hi Mandy,
The Create a Discussion button means that your question will be posted. The difference is that you can choose to post it Private and then only our support team will see it and the public post will be seen by all forum members. This is useful when you do not post any secure data and can expect the other members to help you.
As for the issue you have described, please provide more details. We need a link to your site, some screenshots showing the problem and the step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce it.
