Export to html with Ecommerce basket features

Hi I want to host my Website on my own infrastructure. If I make it on your platform and export to html with eCommerce, payment and other features will these features still work? Is it just pointing to these 3rd party providers and are there any additional costs using them or is it included in the plans that support them?
