problems with site images on Macintosh computers

I have a recently created website hosted with Nicepage that is having some major problems when viewed on Macintosh computers. Everything appears to be working correctly on Windows 10 or 11 (Chrome or Edge), but when viewed on a recent Mac OS (14 or newer) site images are not being displayed at all. I verified this with both Safari and Chrome browsers. Is there a trick to making this work? This is really becoming a major nuisance for my client and I would love to figure out a solution.

Hi Dominik,

I have checked the site on the Safari browser on Mac and the images are showing just fine. Probably the issue is related to the exact computer. Have you checked the site on other Mac computers? Does the issue appear?

I have this same issue periodically. The only way I can resolve it is to completely delete the image from my WordPress Image Library, reupload it (which makes it now a new object) and then reincorporate it into the design. I've had many instances where a working design, with images visible previously, now have missing images (instead it shows as a blue box with a white ? in it instead of the image).

The problem with giving the link means that I would be agreeing to not fix this for my customer. That's a hard premise when the customer pays me to keep this site working. I have taken screenshots. If you move this to private, I will give more info as needed ... for now I've redacted some parts of the screenshots.

I cannot make this case private as it was started by a different person and making it private will make it impossible for you to post here. So please create a new private case with a link to your site so we could try to reproduce the issue.
