Try to use the HTML control that can be added using the Plus sign button on the top ribbon. If you need to add this code in the <head> section of the page and not in the visible content, then add the code under the Website Settings >> HTML >> Additional Head HTML tab.

HTML control is for html, js and css code. Unfortunately, it does not allow inserting php code and there is no other way to add php inside Nicepage editor. Usually, such options are not supported by the editors and content builders.
