hi i just renewed to business donloaded and installed on windows 10

loaded windows app and immediately displays unknown error... nothing works in nicepage except rh navigation is displayed … tried uninstalling and reinstalling … windows 10 doesn't work

Not sure why but yesterday later when i uninstalled and tried again all i got was a LOADING message which seemed to do nothing.. then today .. the message was downloading fron one drive... and now all appears to be stable thanks. well at least on my pc... my preferred usage … i assume online will be ok too.
