From our side, we don't set any restrictions for our clients from different countries of the world. Some restrictions can be set by providers or on the server in a particular country.
If you need RTL support, then, please note, this feature is still in our wishlist. Since last year we received quite a few requests from users regarding RTL support. And at this moment we cannot say whether this feature will be implemented or not and when.
Also, feel free to try our free version for a better understanding of Nicepage features.

Temporary solution, hoping to be integrated in Nicepage as in Themler.
Open the Website Settings >> HTML tab and add add the code from the bottom in the Additional HEAD HTML input.
Just work on Preview (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Edge) and Publish, not in Editor.
