Hi,

My theme says its outdated. How do I update theme without loosing the content? The site was designed on the wordpress plugin and I don't have a backup on the desktop nicepage version. Is there files or something I need to copy over? Please let me know as its starting to cause issues.

Hi,

To update a theme, you should export your site from Nicepage Desktop or Online as a WordPress theme without content, and then install the exported file to WordPress through Appearance ==> Themes ==> Add New ==> Upload Theme. Please check the following article: https://nicepage.com/doc/67768/update-wordpress-theme

Theme updating does not affect the content of a website.
