Looks like you have previously created a theme in a desktop application or nicepage.com online builder. You need to open your project in the application, make sure that you are using the latest version and export it as a Theme only, do not include plug-in and content. Then install this new theme on the site.

If you do not have the exported copy of the project then you may need to recreate the theme (Header, Footer, templates and default colors and fonts options).
