I did this once and now I can't find the extract option

What do you mean by extracting HTML codes of desired template?
If you mean export to HTML it is available with a free starter plan in a desktop application, see attached.

If you decide to use Nicepage in Free Starter Pack please note that there are restrictions on features, the number of pages and websites, and pre-designed templates that you can use.
