That's why you see this error message. Please note that if you export the previously published website as a Project and then import it to Nicepage the application will consider this website a different one. The exported projects do not contain the publish data. Did you export the published website as a Project? Is this a copy of this website?

Yes i think i did as i was not able to publish my website and didnt realise i had to renew my subscription. Then i did and now i cannot publish because of this. How do i get back to the original copy?

Hi Sophie,

Do you mean that you have deleted the original site from the dashboard of the desktop application? In this case you will need to unpublish the site from the list of your sites here:
https://nicepage.com/User/Sites

And then publish it again. But we strongly recommend to always keep the original site in your dashboard as it is linked to the published copy of the site.

Also please check the project in your desktop application in the deleted sites, maybe it is still saved in the application if you have removed it not longer than 30 days before.

where do i find deleted sites in the desktop application, i never deleted it!! Please i need some help quick as i cannot use my wesite anymore and update it.

What is the current issue you have, please explain it.

I want to publish my website but i get the error message site name already in use (see pic enclose). In my dashboard (see pic enclose) i see my website and that is all. I do not understand all the messages you sent me before. I have tried to look everywhere but i do not know what to do. I am scared to unpublish my site and it disappearing. It is very urgent that i update my website!

You have a published site https://site275291.nicepage.io and connected domain name https://ecstaticdanceocytocine.fr and new project file that you want to publish under the same adress as previous one.
As it was already said several days ago, this project is considered by application as new one, and you need to upublish the previous site and disconnect domain name and publish this new project and connect domain name again.
Please unpublish first here - https://nicepage.com/User/Sites and publish this new project taht you have in your dashboard and connect dimain in site settings as you did before.
