I have not been able to find where to remove the made with the nicepage in the footer

Same question for editing to an affiliate link instead of removing reference to NicePage

Hello Alexander,

You can remove the footer notice with a project in a desktop application after export this theme to your site.
Plugin editor has no such option enabled.
You need to open the page with the desktop app and press Site Settings, see attached.

You can create the Nicepage Theme and Nicepage Content in the Desktop app.
The Nicepage Theme includes a header, footer, Blog and Post templates, and other Theme settings. Please customize all Theme elements under the Site Colors and Fonts and Templates tabs in the Desktop app.
The Nicepage Content is a static HTML Pages created in the Desktop app.
After that, you can export the Theme with/without Content and install it on your WP site:
* https://nicepage.com/doc/66707/installation-of-wordpress-theme-and-pages Theme with Content;
* https://nicepage.com/doc/67768/export-and-update-of-wp-theme-from-app Theme only;
* https://nicepage.com/doc/67690/export-and-update-of-wp-content-from-app Content only.
In WP, you can continue Content editing with the Nicepage plugin Editor. So Nicepage Theme can be created in the Desktop app only.
