Hi Alexander,
The Nicepage2 screenshot shows the Blog Template that is used for the page that is chosen to show your site posts. If you want a static page to be shown as a start page on your site, go to WP >> Settings >> Reading and set the home page to be a static page and choose any other page for the blog posts.
As for the password protection, you have probably entered a password for the Home page in the page options, please check it out.
