I was wondering when making a site if the off canvas position can go from left to right instead of the opposite which might be better for a right handed person pushing the hamburger button with their thumb while holding a phone device?

If it is already possible, how would I go about doing it?

You can change that under the Menu >> Hamburger Menu >> Position >> Right.
