Hi. We must be patient. We must keep in mind that we pay for a product, and not for support. Support is always available but carries a response order.

I understand this, but if plugin doesn't save the work, it is difficult situation. I paid for a working product, not to struggle already one year with it. I have to admit, that it is getting better and better, but still there are issues with text editor and responsive blocks. My business depends on my web page and if I have clients waiting for a webinar replay and I can not publish it, it is difficult to stay happy, isn't it?

A mí me funciona con normalidad. Lo usamos a diario. Lógicamente nosotros somos una agencia y sabemos resolver cualquier cosa que surja. En la mayoría de casos son errores que provienen de conflictos de actualizaciones.

Nicepage plugin didn't save the work due to the blocking of web security. Plugin was causing a very big resources usage on a server and it was blocked. After server technicians "released" some of the server rules, it is now working again. I think this happened after latest big update. If anyone else will have this situation, might find this information useful.

Sorry for the delay. We usually respond within 1-3 business days. Nice to hear that the issue was solved and that is the common situation when hosting has some strict security and request limits on the server and that causes issues on saving when working with the plug-in on the site.
