Hello and Respect,
Subject: Issue with Google not indexing the page due to the publication of the site with identical content on two different domains
I wanted to explain about a problem that has occurred for me and I hope this issue gets resolved.
I built my website and have published it on my custom domain (daneshgarnet.ir). However, I have noticed that the same content is also being published on a Nicepage domain (https://daneshgar.nicepage.io).

This has led to a problem where Google Search Console is identifying the content on these two domains as duplicate content. As a result, it is not indexing my pages and they are not appearing in Google search results.

I tried to unpublish the site on the Nicepage domain to resolve this issue, but it seems that when I do this, my site on the custom domain also gets unpublished. I would like to keep my site published on the custom domain( (https://daneshgarnet.ir) while having it unpublished on the Nicepage domain. (https://daneshgar.nicepage.io).

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue I would like to ensure that my site is only published on my custom domain (daneshgarnet.ir) and not on the Nicepage domain to avoid the duplicate content issue.

Hello Farhad,

Your website content is showing up on both your custom domain (daneshgarnet.ir) and the Nicepage subdomain (https://daneshgar.nicepage.io).
This creates duplicate content in the eyes of search engines like Google.
You can't directly "unpublish" your website from the Nicepage subdomain. However, you can use canonical links, this is the correct approach to deal with duplicate content.

In Nicepage, navigate to the Page Settings for each page on your website.
Look for a section related to SEO
Locate the field labeled Canonical URL
Enter the actual published URL of the page on your custom domain (e.g., https://daneshgarnet.ir/about-us for the about us page).

Please read the following documentation: https://nicepage.com/doc/166986/seo-settings

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Sincerely,
George.
