I have found themes on online builder

I take it we can only get the complete themes through the online builder and not the desktop app?

When I design something and then export it to a zip file and try and add it as a theme, that does not work for me

Not sure what is going on, any ideas would be appreciated

Please clarify were you talking about the Nicepage premade Themes?
Let us know where and how you try to add the exported Theme?
We will be glad to help you but we need more information to make it.
