everything looks good on my web version but on the phone its not good. And Im having a hard time moving things around in the phone edit section. Is there a way for me to lock the web version so i can just change things around in the phone section

Hi,

Designing the mobile responsive mode should not affect previous modes (Desktop, Laptop, and so on). The best practice is designing responsive sites starting from the left (Desktop) to the right (Portrait Mobile) without skipping any mode.
