Report a bug

"Hello,

Since the Nicepage update (6.10.2), I can no longer log in on the user side with a Joomla 3, Joomla 4, or Joomla 5 site. Is there a bug in the latest version?"

Hi Rivo,

Do you mean that you cannot log into the Nicepage plug-in on the site? Please attach a screenshot of the error message that you see.

Actually, I can connect to the front page, but the "edit page" button is not displayed, and I remain on the login page even though in the Joomla administration, it shows that I am connected.

It's weird. It works using Chrome as a browser. However, it doesn't work with Vivaldi or Opera.

Under Ubuntu, I have the problem that I mentioned above. Under Windows 10, everything works correctly regardless of the browser.

Hello,

Nicepage editor supports the latest versions of Chrome, Safari for Mac OS, and Firefox. We cannot guarantee that everything will be ok with all other browsers.
Does it work in Chrome under Ubuntu on your side?

The screenshot you provided shows the Joomla login page (a standard Joomla login page with the Nicepage Login Template applied), not the Nicepage login page. It has no direct relation to the Nicepage editor. If you're logged into the Joomla admin panel you should be able to access the Joomla admin panel in the usual way:
site.com/administrator

Then you can edit Nicepage pages under the Joomla >> Articles

Finally, it also works on Vivaldi under Ubuntu. I just needed to clear the browser cache. Thank you for your help.
