Hi i am new to nice page, so how does this work?
If I build a site, am I paying that yearly fee for hosting? What if I have a word press site, will I be able to build on wordpress and if so what is the cost to move my site their and host it myself?

We offer two options: license or subscription https://nicepage.com/premium.
The Designer App Pack is included with both. Choose any Edition, but both options include hosting. Hosting is for only one year.
The Lifetime Licenses has 1 year of free updates. After one year of free updates expired you have a possibility to use Nicepage with Premium features and the latest version of Nicepage that was available before the year of updates expired OR upgrade your Nicepage to the latest version and use Nicepage with Free Starter Pack OR purchase one more year of updates with the discount from the start price.
If you do not want hosting you can use a license for editing, if you are using another hosting service.
