Edited page not showing up the same in preview.

I've been editing one of the nicepage templates, then doing a preview on it. The preview is totally different from the edited page. The original page looks fine in layout and spacing It looks totally different on the preview page. Spacing is different, Column alignment is different, et cetera. Any ideas?
