Nicepage desktop App not loading

Hello,

cannot get my nicepage desktop app to load anything for two days now. The screen looks like the attached file. I've tried closing out of the program, restarting my computer, even uninstalling and reinstalling the program altogether. Please, what else can I try?

Hello Alexis,

What actions were made before this application crash?
You can download the new version and install it without deleting the previous program.
If this is not working, copy your application folders (Nicepage and Nicepage templates) with saved projects to another direction/drive first, uninstall the app completely using some third-party tool, and install it again.

Hello Alexis, What actions were made before this application crash? You can [download][1] the new version and install it without deleting the previous program. If this is not working, copy your application folders (Nicepage and Nicepage templates) with saved projects to another direction/drive first, uninstall the app completely using some third-party tool, and install it again. Clicking on the Nicepage logo at the top left sometimes helps.

Hi there. The application never crashed. One day it was working fine. The next day I opened it and it would never load.

I've tried completely uninstalling it, and re installing. I've tried installing older versions incase it was a quirk with a recent update. Nothing. I'm back on the most recent update installed but still getting no where. I've also don't simpler things like restarting my computer. ;)

I'm on a desktop using Windows 11Pro.
Version: 22H2
Installed on: ‎9/‎14/‎2023
OS build: m22621.3593
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1003.0
